Real Estate Services
We have recently added design services geared toward helping people sell their homes. Currently, buyers have a tremendous amount of options available to them and often want turn-key properties. With their exhaustive list of trades and shear creativity, Katie Rogulski Interior Designs can help you cosmetically enhance your home so that it shows better.
Dependant on the size of the room and scope of work required, from $100-$300 per room, Katie will rearrange your furniture to highlight the best qualities of your home and edit your personal effects so that the future buyer can see themselves living there. If necessary, she can add inexpensive, yet stylish furniture, curtains and wall art.
If more work is required, Katie can also help you replace older cabinetry, dated light fixtures and/or dirty flooring, while keeping your budget, and the goal of selling your home, in mind.
